FNC poll serves UAE's interest, says Saud
Shaikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler, on Monday said the UAE believes in political reality and knows its interests very well.

Ras Al Khaimah: Shaikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler, on Monday said the UAE believes in political reality and knows its interests very well.
He was speaking during a visit to the polling station at the Cultural Centre here where he was received by Dr Anwar Gargash, Minister of State for FNC Affairs, and other dignitaries.
Shaikh Saud said the UAE?s political reality is reflected in the gradual public involvement in the political sphere. Public institutions are being built gradually.
?The FNC election is a unique experiment and serves the national interests where all emiratis act a single family,? he said.
Dr. Gargash said second round of polling had gone very smoothly.
He said the organization has been impeccable with federal and local departments playing active roles.
He said, ?The organisers have taken care of all the details and the general impression is very positive. The voter turnout in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah is very high.?
He stressed the visits by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and Shaikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler, had greatly motivated members of the Electoral College.
