Dubai Civil Defence chief promoted
His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, issued a decree promoting Brigadier Rashid Thani Al Matroushi, Director General of the Dubai Civil Defence to the rank of Major General, as of Monday.
