Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, on Sunday issued a resolution setting up the committee.
The resolution appoints Khalfan Ahmad Hareb as chairman of the committee and Abdul Rahman Ganem Al Matyoui, as his deputy.
The committee will also include two members from the Dubai Ruler's Court and the General Secretariat of the Executive Council, to be appointed later.
It will look into complaints by Dubai government employees against decisions issued by complaint committees in Dubai Government departments subject to the terms of the Human Resources Management Law No.27 for 2006.
The responsibilities of the committee will also include activating the channels of communication and consultation with parties concerned and complaint committees in government bodies.
The committee is also tasked with preparing the work mechanism and submitting it to the executive council for approval.
