Abu Dhabi Police FB page awarded

Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Police General Command’s Facebook page has won the best interactive portal award in the Arab World.

The award is given by the Arab Administrative Development Organisation (ARADO) in cooperation with the Arab Internet Awards Academy in the Arab region.

The award was received by Colonel Mohammad Abdullah Al Zuaabi, director of the Abu Dhabi Police IT and Communication Department.

Al Zuaabi said that a specialised committee nominated the Abu Dhabi Police Facebook page and that the award took into consideration the interactive part of the page and the remarks made by visitors to the Facebook page.
