Riyadh: A border problem, which has triggered massive truck backlog at UAE-Saudi entry point, has been resolved on Monday after a joint meeting.

The situation will go back to as it was before, said an official after the meeting.

Truck drivers have been waiting for days at Al Ghuwaifat to enter Saudi Arabia.

Drivers said a new fingerprinting exercise by Saudi authorities has been causing the delays.
