29 metres and made up of 105,000 carnations.
19 His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai inaugurates the second term of the 14th Legislative Chapter of the Federal National Council.
20 The Cabinet approves a Dh34.9 billion federal budget, the biggest and highest increase rate in history.
25 Shaikh Mohammad donates Dh1.7 billion to Dubai Cares, doubling it to Dh3.48 billion at the closing ceremony.
