Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has ordered the construction of 200 make-shift schools in Myanmar.
The schools are to be built for children in the areas effected by the tropical Cyclone Nargis.
Reem Al Hashemi, Minister of State and Chairperson of the Dubai Cares Foundation, said that the Dubai Cares Campaign will implement Shaikh Mohammad's order and will begin work on the construction of the schools on Thursday.
