Your comments
toddlers are always exposed to different types of dangers hence parents should make sure that their toddlers are always within thier eye-shot or at least ear-shot. The moment you feel you cant hear them any more you must reach to them as soon as possible.

Parents should be aware of wereabouts of their children, regardless of their ages and where you are (in your house or somewhere). Always keep in your mind that accident happens anytime and anywhere.
