Al Ain: The municipality has opened a new customer services centre in Mazyed district on Monday to facilitate people living in the rapidly developing eastern parts of the city.

The new centre, which is fully equipped, will offer most of the municipality services for which people had to travel to the main office of the civic administration, said a spokesperson of the municipality.

The centre was inaugurated by Mohammad Misbah Al Kitbi, Executive Director of the Municipality's Support Services, accompanied by Salem Bin Rashid Swedan Al Kitbi, Executive Director of the Services Section, and a number of other officials.

This is the second such office following the opening of a similar facility for the northern Al Hyer and Al Nahil districts of Al Ain.

"The new centre is part of the municipality's strategy to provide integrated municipal services to the people of the city," said Mohammad Al Kitbi.

The centre has been designed to offer services including land management and real estate and building permits, in addition to a number of other services.
