President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has donated one million tonnes of wheat to Egypt.
Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has donated one million tonnes of wheat to Egypt.
Shaikh Khalifa ordered on Friday the purchase of a one million tonnes of wheat consignment, to be delivered to Egypt as a gift.
This donation comes against the backdrop of soaring prices of wheat in international markets.
