GCC reaffirms support for UAE right over islands

Al Attiyah was speaking at the second meeting of Gulf parliamentary speakers.
"We support the UAE's right over its islands as an integral part of its national territories, while we call on Iran to respond to the UAE's efforts to solve the issue through direct negotiations or international arbitration," Al Attiyah said.
