Firms using Ras Al Khaimah offices as bedrooms warned

The Department of Economic Development warned commercial establishments against their labourers sleeping in the premises of these establishments.

Ras Al Khaimah: The Department of Economic Development warned commercial establishments against their labourers sleeping in the premises of these establishments.

A official said the department's inspectors have noticed more and more labourers using the premises of their sponsoring establishments as bedrooms to avoid providing them with accommodation.

The official warned that such action will attract tough penalties.
