Sharjah: A huge fire broke out at a construction site at Al Ta'awun area at 4.15 pm on Tuesday.
Police said there were no injuries. Firefighters battled for an hour to put out the blaze fueled by wood.
The fire created a huge traffic jam; traffic piled up to Al Khan Bridge as the area was cordoned off.
Investigations are underway to find out the cause of the blaze.
