Fatima offers Dh5.6m to settle debts of prisoners
Her Highness Shaikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, Chairperson of the Family Development Foundation and Honorary Chairperson of the UAE Red Crescent Authority (RCA), has pledged Dh5.6 million to settle the debts of 73 national and expatriate prisoners on the advent of Ramadan.
Abu Dhabi : Her Highness Shaikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, Chairperson of the Family Development Foundation and Honorary Chairperson of the UAE Red Crescent Authority (RCA), has pledged Dh5.6 million to settle the debts of 73 national and expatriate prisoners on the advent of Ramadan.
The gesture is in line with Shaikha Fatima's concern to help those who have served a part of their jail terms and enable them to return to society and lead their normal lives.
