How about targetting the pet shops as well...! have the Dubai Municipality seen the state of some of these shops? its is so sad... dont target just jumeirah area these areas are fine they are always kept clean cause they know that they are being watched all the time target areas like low cost areas eg. Al Guasis there are two pet shops out there that are miserable the birds n animals are in such bad shape. there is a huge parrot stuck in a small cage its so sad.... i think care should be taken right from the pet shop itself n not just homes.
