Windy and cloudy days ahead
Sea will be very rough because of strong Shammal winds blowing in from the north east, which will whip up 9-foot waves offshore, according to the Sharjah Meteorological Office.
Dubai: The cloudy weather will continue with a slight chance of rain across the country, either on Saturday or Sunday, according to the duty forecaster in Dubai.
It will be windy and cloudy over the next few days with maximum temperature hovering around 17 degree Celsius. The Shammal winds will cruise around 20 knots, making Friday cooler.
The sea will also be very rough because of strong Shammal winds blowing in from the north east, which will whip up 9-foot waves offshore, according to the Sharjah Meteorological Office.
"You can never win with people," said the forecaster, when asked when the weather will clear up. "They say summers are too hot, now when it is cool and cloudy, they ask when it will clear up."
The past week has been unusually wet and humid with the highest rain recorded in Dubai and Sharjah in January with over 108mm of precipitation.
