First international naval conference starts in Abu Dhabi

More than 20 nations with naval presence in the Gulf gathered on Wednesday in Abu Dhabi for the first international naval conference to discuss military strategies, exchange views and to discuss maritime security.

Abu Dhabi: More than 20 nations with naval presence in the Gulf gathered on Wednesday in Abu Dhabi for the first international naval conference to discuss military strategies, exchange views and to discuss maritime security.

The Gulf Naval Commanders Conference, organised by Institute for Near East and Gulf Military Analysis, brought together naval leaders from the Unites States, Russia, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Pakistan and the GCC countries.
