Lieutenant General Dahi pointed out the importance of the committee's work in solving labour-related cases and preventing them from becoming crises by improving living conditions and salaries.
The committee works to spread awareness among companies and organisations on the importance of providing a decent life and abiding by labour laws.
The committee members agreed to form nine teams, each with a supervisor who will be responsible for field teams in every emirate. The teams, which will be working all around the country, will receive labour complaints round the clock. Labour inspection teams will also be created.
