Dubai: Dr Hanif Hassan, Minister of Education, said employing IT in the curricula is essential for development and progress of the nation.
The minister made the statement during the sixth Learning and Technology Forum held in London recently.
Dr. Hassan explained that the ministry has announced many initiatives for the use of IT in the educational field.
He pointed to the ministry's e-portal that aims in achieving communication between schools, parents and educators.
