Dubai: The e-TQM College is running a forum on creating quality and excellence in the Middle East.
It focuses on establishing quality structures and the challenges that face the Arab world in implementing such standards.
The event is being held under the patronage of Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Chief of Dubai Police and President of e-TQM College on Monday inaugurated the conference and said: "The conference aims to discover the main tools to achieve quality and learn how to boost performance."
