Laptops to be supplied to over 600 students

More than 600 Foundation Programme students are to be given laptop computers by the Abu Dhabi Education Council under the instructions of General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs.

Abu Dhabi: More than 600 Foundation Programme students are to be given laptop computers by the Abu Dhabi Education Council under the instructions of General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs.
The Programme was designed for Grade 12 students who graduated between 2005 and 2007, but were not offered a place at university or college. Programmes are offered in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Western Zone.

Supply of laptops comes with conditions. Students who do not complete their studies will have to return their laptops.
