Academics: Unesco approves UAE award in Paris

The Executive Council of the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco) has approved unanimously the establishment of the international branch of the Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Outstanding Academic Performance on Friday.

Paris: The Executive Council of the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco) has approved unanimously the establishment of the international branch of the Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Outstanding Academic Performance on Friday at the Unesco's headquarters in Paris.
