Suspects deny using iron cutter to break in Dubai office

Five visitors have denied using an iron cutter to break the locks of a company, which trades in electronics, before a watchman foiled their attempt to steal apparatuses.

Dubai: Five visitors have denied using an iron cutter to break the locks of a company, which trades in electronics, before a watchman foiled their attempt to steal apparatuses.

One of the Azerbaijani suspects, 60-year-old A.A., claimed that he was having a surgery at the Iranian hospital when he appeared before the Dubai Court of First Instance on Saturday.

Meanwhile his compatriots, 42-year-old J.M. and 34-year-old F.E., told Presiding Judge Saeed Salem Bin Sarm that they were in police custody during the time of the incident.
