Dubai: A British salesman has been charged with pushing a sex worker out of his first-floor hotel room window after a quarrel over the duration of sexual intercourse.

An Indian receptionist testified that seconds after A.K. landed on the top of a car in front of the hotel, she walked naked into the reception crying for help.

An Emirati policeman testified that according to primary investigations, Z.A. pushed A.K. out the window after she not only refused to continue having sex but proceeded to quarrel with him over her fees.
"Not guilty… no I didn't have sex with her. And yes I consumed alcohol," Z.A. argued when he appeared before the Dubai Court of First Instance.
Z.A. is on bail. His lawyer Ali Abdullah Al Shamsi asked Presiding Judge Mohammad Majid Mohammad to adjourn the case so he could prepare his defence and to hear the prosecution's witnesses.
"The court reconvenes on December 1 and A.K. will be legally notified to attend the hearing," Presiding Judge Mohammad said in Courtroom Four yesterday.
