Radars in Dubai spot more than 300,000 traffic violations in three months

Police issued more than 300,000 traffic fines from April to June, 2008.

Dubai: Police issued more than 300,000 traffic fines from April to June, 2008.

The offences, including speeding and jumping red signal, were caught on radar, said the police.

On an average there were around 99,000 traffic violations detected by radars in a month, said a police officer.
