Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Police's first automatic payment machine (Sahl) has become available to the public at Abu Dhabi Marina Mall.

The touch-operated machine is provided with advanced and safe methods to pay for services. They also provide various services such as e-maps, the location of night pharmacies, weather conditions and police contact numbers, as well as the chance to submit complaints, suggestions and security information.

Colonel Esmail Al Serkal, Director of Information Technology and Communications, said the project aims to provide services to the public by saving time and effort, and creating various channels of communication between the public and Abu Dhabi Police.

He added the machines will be provided in the Marina Mall, other public places, government departments, airports and other locations around the city, which allows the maximum number of users to access the service.

First Lieutenant Rashid Shutait Al Shamsi, Director of Electronic Services, said more machines will be provided at Al Wahda Mall and Madinat Zayed Mall in Abu Dhabi city, Al Ain Mall and Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain, and in the western region.
