Opium seized from two travellers at airport
Customs inspectors seized 27 grams of opium from two travellers arriving at the Dubai International Airport on Wednesday.
Dubai: Customs inspectors seized 27 grams of opium from two travellers arriving at the Dubai International Airport on Wednesday.
One passenger had stashed it in his wallet in a small plastic pouch.
The second had hidden the opium inside his shoe. He had wrapped it with carbon paper and strapped it with black scotch tape onto the shoes.
