Man with 20kg of drugs arrested
The Narcotic Control Unit of the Dubai police has foiled an attempt to sell 20 kg of heroin in the country for Dh2.2 million.
Dubai: The Narcotic Control Unit of the Dubai police has foiled an attempt to sell 20 kg of heroin in the country for Dh2.2 million.
Police received a tip from reliable sources that an Asian trader was trying to sell heroin.
An undercover police agent made a deal with the trader to buy 7kg of heroin for Dh700,000, where the trader was captured red handed.
As many as 15 kg of the drug was recovered from the trader.
