Laundry man jailed for theft of mobile
An airport laundry worker has been jailed for stealing a mobile phone from the pocket of a female flight attendant's coat when he took it for cleaning.
Dubai: An airport laundry worker has been jailed for stealing a mobile phone from the pocket of a female flight attendant's coat when he took it for cleaning.
The Dubai Court of First Instance sentenced the 49-year-old Sri Lankan worker to three months in jail followed by deportation.
The Public Prosecution charged the accused, identified as J.M., who used to work for a laundry at Dubai International Airport, with theft.
