Dubai: A female cook was rushed to hospital by her boyfriend, who gashed her private parts while having consensual sex with her in his car.

Due to the severity of her wound and bleeding, the 32-year-old Indonesian cook informed the doctors who treated her that she incurred that injury while having what she described as ‘unusual sex' in the passenger's seat of her 32-year-old Pakistani boyfriend's car.

The duty police officer at the hospital detained the cook, S.K., and her boyfriend, S.A., for having consensual sex.

Prosecutors accused S.K. and S.A. of having out-of-wedlock sex. The Indonesian woman was solely charged with flouting the residency law by working for a different sponsor.

The defendants pleaded guilty when they appeared before the Dubai Misdemeanor Court on Sunday.

"Yes sir I allowed him to have consensual sex with me," S.K. told Presiding Judge Ali Atiyyah Saad in courtroom five.

She was spotted limping and walking strangely when she walked towards the court bench.

Police records said S.A. rushed his girlfriend in his car to the hospital.

Gulf News has leant that the cook claimed to the treating doctor that her boyfriend had with her unusual sex against her will in the front passenger's seat of his car.

Dubai Police's Operation Room was informed about a woman who sustained a severe wound in her private parts while having sex with her boyfriend.

Police were said to have recorded the woman's statement over her hospital bed where she was getting treatment.

S.K. testified that S.A. rushed her to hospital because he was the one who injured her while having an intercourse with her in his car on a roadside of Al Hamriya Area.

The cook testified that she had several out-of-wedlock intercourses with S.A.

"We had sex four times in a hotel in Sharjah and four times in his car in Dubai. On January 31 he called me and asked to see me. He parked his car at the side of the road… the space in the passenger's seat was tight and we had unusual intercourse. When I bled he rushed me to hospital," she claimed.

Meanwhile the Pakistani, a truck driver, countered her claims and denied having any hand in the girl's injury. He alleged that she asked him over the phone to take her to hospital because she was bleeding while she was in Al Qusais.

"I picked her up and drove her to the hospital. It is true that she is my girlfriend and we had consensual sex around eight times…. But I was not the one who caused her the injury. The last time we had sex was in a hotel in Sharjah," S.A. told prosecutors.

The Pakistani told police interrogators that S.K. called him first and claimed that she was looking for a boyfriend or a lover. Then he offered her his services. meanwhile the Indonesian claimed that S.A. called her first.

A verdict will be heard later this month.
