Ras Al Khaimah: A three-member gang that tried to bribe immigration staff at Ras Al Khaimah airport and bring in deported expatriates back into the country has been caught, the Preventive Security Section announced on Sunday.

"Three Bangladeshis were trying to find a loophole in the UAE immigration system and secure the entry of people who were deported from the country," said Lieutenant Colonel Adnan Al Za'abi, who heads the section.

He said the police received a tip-off about the plan and arrested the suspects.
