Dubai Police arrest eight expatriates for stealing mobile phones and electronic accessories

Police arrested an eight-member Asian gang for stealing mobile phones and electronic accessories from shops and cars in Dubai.

Dubai: Police arrested an eight-member Asian gang for stealing mobile phones and electronic accessories from shops and cars in Dubai.

The suspects stole from many shops and cars in Dubai, said the police.

Police arrested the suspects and recovered some of the stolen items; some of the suspects have criminal records and some were deported and they entered the country illegally.

During interrogation, the suspects confessed to stealing. They have been referred to Public Prosecution for further action.
