Recently, on a weekend, I went to a hypermarket in Dubai.

Only irresponsible parents leave their children unattended
Children need constant supervision, especially in shopping centers
There were many toys, like battery-run cars, bikes and other heavy items on display at the promotion counter and I was more than surprised to see some children playing and fighting there.
While the parents were busy shopping, these children might have gotten hurt or harmed another child. Sometimes our children are the ones who pay for such carelessness.
There were also children standing in some trolleys and screaming as they were not ready to sit in them.
The father of these children was busy on the phone and after I told them to sit down, their mother came over and seemed to be okay with them standing. I don’t understand why parents make older children sit in the trolley.
If one of the children had fallen or jumped out of the trolley, he or she could have fallen on some stalls and been hurt badly.
As parents, it is our responsibility to take care of our children and behave responsibly. Small children especially need to be supervised at all times when outside.
