Hussain Ahmad Chaudhry took this photograph in the Al Nahda area, Dubai. He said:’The building in the background is the one I live in. Every day, I see this car parked in this no-parking zone. I’m not sure if the motorist lives in the same building as me, so I haven’t been able to speak to him. I even sent a message to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) reporting this person’s actions. It is not a matter of a fine. The owner of this car needs to be sent for training classes where he needs to learn about the no-parking zone. It is meant for emergencies. Such people need to know about the consequences of parking in these spots. The motorist’s actions could harm somebody else’s life because the police or an ambulance may not be able to reach the building if he keeps doing the same.”
