Dark underpass a cause for concern
Reader expresses his concern over dark underpass.

The lights in the underpass have not been working since the rains in November. It is very dangerous to use the underpass without any lights, especially for women and children.
Any type of illegal activity can take place in the underpass and go unnoticed. This is an urgent issue and I request it to be brought to the notice of the concerned authorities.
