UAE President meets Emir of Kuwait in Doha

Doha: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Monday morning met Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait, at the Sheraton Doha hotel.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on a number of issues on the agenda of the oncoming Arab Summit, particularly issues related to Arab rapprochement and solidarity efforts. They discussed fraternal ties between the UAE and Kuwait and ways to boost them in all areas.

Present at the meeting were Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister for Presidential Affairs, Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Economy Minister, Obaid Humaid Al Tayer, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, Ahmad Juma Al Za'abi, Deputy Minister for Presidential Affairs, and members of the delegation accompanying the Kuwaiti Emir to the summit.
