Kuwait result shows will of people, says US
Parliamentary elections in Kuwait in which radical Islamists fared well appeared to have "reflected the will of the people," the US State Department has said.
Washington: Parliamentary elections in Kuwait in which radical Islamists fared well appeared to have "reflected the will of the people," the US State Department has said.
US diplomats studying the polls believe "the results of the election reflected the will of the Kuwaiti people," State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said.
