Bahrain king’s son to wed Saudi king’s daughter

Shaikh Khalid Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the son of King Hamad Bin Eisa Al Khalifa, on Thursday got engaged to the daughter of Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported

Manama: Shaikh Khalid Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the son of King Hamad Bin Eisa Al Khalifa, on Thursday got engaged to the daughter of Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.

The ceremony, in Riyadh, was attended by Prince Mutab Bin Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, the head of the National Guard, Shaikh Abdullah Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Shaikh Nasser Bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Shaikh Khalid Bin Ahmad Al Khalifa, the royal court minister.

Shaikh Khalid, the fifth son of King Hamad, is the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport and President of Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation.
