Bahrain, Iraq sign airline agreement
Bahrain and Iraq have signed an agreement on Thursday which will allow the national carriers of both countries to schedule flights between the two destinations, reported the Arabic local daily Al Waqt.

Bahrain Air, Gulf Air, and Iraqi Airlines will offer 12 weekly flights to Najaf and 7 other flights to Baghdad.
According to Bahraini officials, airline companies now have to follow the required guidelines and procedures to follow through.
About 25,000 visit visas were issued to Bahrainis last year according to Iraqi officials.
