DUBAI: The kingdom of Morocco opened the new headquarters of its new Consulate General in Dubai in the presence of a number of members of diplomatic corps accredited to the UAE and members of the Moroccan community in the UAE.

During the event, the Moroccan Consulate launched the “Smart Consulate” application, which will enable members of the Moroccan community to apply for a number of consular administrative services through cell phones.

In a speech on the occasion, Mohammad Ait Ali, Ambassador of the kingdom of Morocco to the UAE, expressed his pride at the opening of the new headquarters of the Moroccan Consulate General, which is seen in the context of enhancing the services provided by the Moroccan diplomatic mission to the Moroccan community.

Mohammad Al Bernoussi, Consul-General of the kingdom of Morocco, emphasised his desire to provide state-of-the-art services to the Moroccan community.
