Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and Chairman of Dubai Municipality, has approved the setting up of a residential complex for employees of Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services in Warsan 3 at a cost of Dh128 million.
A Dubai Municipality project, the complex includes five four-storey apartment buildings for employees such as the paramedics, administrators and drivers.
The complex will also have two swimming pools, two playgrounds, lawns and a children’s play area.
