Dubai: The Ministry of Social Affairs on Tuesday launched a website for its employees to benefit from its services, including accessing international publications on social affairs.
Described as a first-of-its-kind to be used in a ministerial department, Abdullah Al Suwaidi, General Director of the ministry, said: "We are aiming to develop the skills of our human resources in all aspects not only in the field of social affairs but also in entrepreneurial skills."
The website, 'Nama'(growth for sustainable education), will have varied features for the ministry’s 600 employees to learn and benefit from such as access to international magazines, studies, and projects that will all be translated into Arabic.
