Dubai: Mohammad Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development (MBRPLD) has announced that it has recently launched the Personal Development Programme, which is one of the components of MBRPLD's Promising Leaders Programme.
The PDP will run for five days and involves some 70 participants from the Promising Leaders Programme, which is a level of MBRPLD that aims to prepare a vital and elite professional reserve of manpower that is capable of sustaining the leadership requirements of Dubai Government.
"Effective leadership requires the ability to distinguish one's strong points ... the programme helps participants evaluate themselves and in the process be able to develop their inner strength and character," said Adel Al Sharid, Director, MBRPLD.
