Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, issued a decree in his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, appointing Dubai's Deputy Ruler Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum as a first deputy chairman of the Dubai Executive Council.
The decree became effective since its issuance on Friday.
