Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, issued Decrees No. 37, 38 and 39 of 2016 appointing and transferring judges in Dubai Courts and the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre.

Decree No. 37 of 2016 appoints Judge Ahmad Ebrahim Sulaiman Al Najar, Judge Mohammad Ebrahim Mohammad Al Sadani and Judge Mohammad Abdul Nabi Al Asioti in the Supreme Court and Judge Mustafa Attia Darwish in the Appeal Court. The decree also appoints judges Abdul Nasser Abdul Aziz Juma, Abdul Wahab Mohammad Al Shafie, Ali Ebrahim Kamona, Faraj Mousa Al Galawi, Yasser Abdul Rahman Al Feel, Habib Amer Ahmad Awad, Abdul Haleem Hassan Mohammad Abdul Muneam and Mohammad Mustafa Ebrahim Khalil in the First Instances Court.

Decree No. 38 of 2016 transfers Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahman Ali, Khalid Mohammad Noor Karmstji, Mohammad Ahmad Saif Al Kaabi, Hareb Mohammad Hareb Al Muhairi, Hassan Ali Hassan Madani and Omar Obaid Al Mansouri from Dubai Police to the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre. The decree also transfers Ahmad Mohammad Ahmad Idress, Fahd Ahmad Saeed Bin Khadem and Yaqeen Abdullah Al Najar Al Hammadi from the Dubai Land Department to the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre.

Decree No. 39 of 2016 appoints judges Mohammad Musad Al Sharef, Mohammad Mustafa Al Beshbishi and Ahmad Ramzi Ata Allah in the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre. According to the decree, the Chairman of the Rental Disputes Centre may assign the judges to their designated departments.

All decrees are effective from their dates of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
