Shaikh Mohammad lauds its emergence as top aviation industry event
Dubai: The Dubai Air Show has become a permanent fixture for leading aviation companies as it grows in stature as one of the three major international exhibitions in the industry, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said on Saturday.
His remarks came in a statement to Dira Al Watan magazine issued to mark the 11th Dubai Air Show and Dubai International Aerospace Exhibition, which begins today.
The air show continues to confirm its position as the fastest-growing exhibition in the world through a steady growth in the number of participants, the number of visitors and the quality of exhibits representing the finest in the aviation industry, Shaikh Mohammad said.
"This continued success has made the air show a permanent event on the agenda of top corporations in the aviation industry.
