The Ministry of Education approved on Thursday the schedules for the 2014-2015 school year.
It said that nurseries, primary and high school students will start the new school year on August 31, with the final day being July 2, 2015. Teaching staff will report for duty on August 24, and their final day of work will be on July 9, 2015.
First semester holidays for students will begin on December 21, and for teachers on December 28, up until January 8. Second semester holidays for students will begin on March 29, and for teachers on April 5, up until April 9.
