How do you feel after winning the title?

I feel very blessed. I did not expect it but I was very hopeful that I’ll get the crown because I really want to make my family, supporters and the whole Bicol proud. I dedicate this crown to my family who is always there for me no matter what, who constantly reminds me to keep my values all the time; to my friends and supporters, and to Bicolanos who never fail to show their support.

What was your edge over other candidates?

I was calm that night. I’ve never felt that relaxed on stage. I knew that when I walk on that stage, I’ll do it for my kababayans [compatriots] and for everybody who believes in me. I guess that has been my edge.

What’s next for you?

I want to focus on my responsibilities as a Binibining Pilipinas Supranational as well as with the trainings prepared for us. I want to give the Philippines its second Miss Supranational crown.

Do you think you can bring home the crown?

Yes, I will do my best!

What’s your most memorable experience in Binibining Pilipinas?

Our Bataan (Montemar) experience! We had more time together, which allowed us to get to know each other more. It also gave us time to relax a bit and recharge for a more hectic schedule.

Any plans of pursuing a career in the entertainment industry?

I am open to the idea for as long as there are good offers.

Your new title aside, do you still feel any insecurity?

Yes, of course. I guess it’s normal. But I don’t dwell on them anymore but instead focus on my strengths.
