Sharjah: The Lughati Initiative, an educational initiative tailored to support the teaching of Arabic using smart means, has launched the contest Lughati Cup 2016 to test Arabic language skills of primary school students.
The move comes as part of the initiative’s efforts to enhance language skills of grade two students in all public schools in the emirate of Sharjah and make it a habit in all areas of their life.
The contest will be organised on the sidelines of the 35th edition of the Sharjah International Book Fair due to be held between November 2 to 12 at Sharjah Expo Centre.
