The Vishuddhi Chakra, also known as the throat chakra because it is situated at the throat region, helps us in expressing our feelings and thoughts to others.
We all have an internal voice that talks to us and guides us but sometimes what we think, we are not able to communicate because we don’t know how to express ourselves. And, this happens because our Vishuddhi Chakra is blocked due to which we tend to get lazy, inexpressive and highly critical of ourselves.
In public speakers, singers and people with good communication skills, the Vishuddhi Chakra is open and energy easily flows through it. A person with a strong vishuddhi also has a great ability to listen and process the information. This brings a lot of clarity to the mind.
Here are a few postures that are vital in keeping the Vishuddhi Chakra active and healthy.
